Service Scope
- Keystone is a finance-facing platform for monitoring, normalizing, and benchmarking AI spend across providers.
- Use of the service is limited to authorized business users acting on behalf of their organization.
Accounts and Connected Data
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the authority behind any connected provider credentials.
- Connected credentials are used only to retrieve usage, cost, and benchmarking inputs on your behalf.
Acceptable Use
- You may not use the service for illegal activity, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the platform, or overload provider systems.
- You may not provide credentials for accounts you do not have permission to access.
Beta Service
- Keystone is currently in beta and is provided on an as-is basis.
- Features may change without notice, and access may be limited or discontinued while the beta is active.
- Beta access is currently provided without charge; general availability pricing will be communicated separately.
Intellectual Property and Benchmarking
- The service, its design, documentation, and code are owned by FourthCircle.ai.
- FourthCircle.ai may use anonymized, aggregated data to produce benchmarking reports and industry insights.
- No individual company or user is identifiable in benchmarked or aggregated data.
Disclaimers
- Keystone provides data and insights for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, accounting, or investment advice.
- We do not guarantee that the service will identify every cost, anomaly, or optimization opportunity.
- Displayed accuracy depends on the source data made available by your AI providers.
Liability and Termination
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, FourthCircle.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
- We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations or if the service is discontinued.
